Chateau Del Valle de Guadalupe

Positive: This place was amazing. The building is beautiful inside and out we were shocked on how nice it is. The pictures do not do justice and the smell made it even more appealing. The lady received us with a delicious lemonade and walked us up to our room. The room is very spacious and gorgeous. The AC and wifi worked well, I had no complaints. There is only 10 rooms available at this place and the majority are on the top floor. The outside is still in progress but if they match how the inside looks this place is going to be one of the nicest in el Valle. You won't regret the stay, my wife and I loved it. Negative: I had to reach out for the code to get into our room which was incorrect. However, the lady working there was able to get us the correct code and no issues after that. They can take a bit to open the front gate late at night so be patient. Use whatsapp for any communication, they will reach out to confirm your stay through there. Out of these issues, this place is still a 10!
